Refund & Return Policy

Our 30-day money-back guarantee

Try SCOOP+ Protein Primer for up to 30 days from the day it's delivered. If your shake doesn't sit better, you don't feel the creatine, or you're not happy for any reason, contact us and we'll refund you — even if the tub is empty. You don't need to explain why.

How to start a return

1. Email care@scoopplus.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
2. We'll reply within 24 hours on business days with your return address and instructions.
3. Send the tub(s) back — opened and used tubs are fine. For a 2- or 3-jar bundle, please return any unopened tubs with the opened one.

Please don't send anything back without contacting us first. Packages returned without a return request can't be matched to an order and may not be refunded.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we check it, we'll email you and refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take another 5–10 business days to show the refund.

Bundle orders

Our 2-jar and 3-jar bundles are priced as a bundle. To get a full refund of a bundle, please return every tub in that order. If you'd rather keep some of them, email us and we'll work out a fair partial refund based on the single-jar price of the tubs you keep.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong, in which case we cover it. We recommend a trackable shipping service, since we can't refund a return that doesn't reach us.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, stops working, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to pay for return shipping.

Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save orders renew every 4 weeks at 20% off the one-time price. You can skip a delivery, change your bundle, pause or cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing us — there is no minimum term. Changes made at least 48 hours before a renewal apply to that renewal. The 30-day guarantee covers your first subscription tub; later renewals can be returned unopened within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order, as long as it hasn't shipped. Email us with your order number. Once an order ships, it can't be cancelled, but it's still covered by the 30-day guarantee.

What isn't covered

• Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
• Products damaged by improper storage (e.g. left open in a humid bathroom).
• More than one guarantee claim per household.
